Benchmark Flagship Status

This page re-evaluates which public benchmark roots still deserve flagship naming. The promotion gate requires complete asset audit coverage, rebuild discipline, licensing story, comparability notes, and rerun-kit coverage before a root may keep flagship in its durable designation.
