Compatibility Commitments

Compatibility commitments are expensive promises. They should be visible enough that nobody expands them by accident.

The canonical runtime API root is apis/bijux-proteomics-runtime/v1; the compatibility mirror root is apis/agentic-proteins/v1.

Package Surface

• preserve documented legacy behavior until the migration ledger says the surface is retired
• keep compatibility promises narrow and explicit
• do not add new permanent commitments to the bridge without runtime owner review
