Why Multiplex Stops At Internal Support

Internal Support Only

multiplex is not currently part of the outsider-auditable flagship family set.

It has a real public package, a raw-executable runtime lane, and explicit chemistry pressure, plus one companion stress package and one published cross-package report, but it still lacks a dedicated outsider decision brief, a requested-versus-observed outcome dossier, and an assay-worth-it ledger row.

This page exists because the current repository is deeper than older docs made it sound. Multiplex is not thin or imaginary. It is a real scientific and runtime surface that still stops at internal support because the outsider trust chain collapses under stress and because the downstream consequence packet is not yet complete.

What This Family Has Earned

  • tracked benchmark package under packages/bijux-proteomics-core/benchmark-assets/flagship-public-packages/multiplex_tmtpro_review_package
  • companion stress package under packages/bijux-proteomics-core/benchmark-assets/flagship-public-packages/multiplex_channel_stress_review_package
  • raw-executable runtime lane in multiplex-tmtpro-review-corpus
  • explicit public chemistry pressure around channel balance, ratio compression, and missing-channel behavior
  • published family-transfer report at packages/bijux-proteomics-core/benchmark-assets/flagship-public-packages/multiplex_channel_stress_review_package/cross_package_generalization.json

What Still Breaks The Outsider Packet

  • the companion stress package still labels transfer fragile_transfer
  • no dedicated outsider decision brief family exists yet
  • no requested-versus-observed outcome dossier exists yet
  • no assay-worth-it ledger row exists yet
  • one raw-executable runtime lane is not enough to replace those missing review and consequence surfaces

What This Family Has Not Earned

  • outsider-auditable flagship family status
  • public trust language that rides with the DDA, DIA, LFQ, PTM, or targeted trust pages
  • lab-consequential authority
  • any claim that a second multiplex package stabilizes outsider-facing trust; the current cross-package report labels that transfer fragile_transfer

Boundary

Until outsider review and lab consequence surfaces exist, multiplex stays an internal-support family and should not be described as an outsider-auditable flagship family, even though it now has a second public package and one published family-transfer report.
