Docs are part of the repository contract only when they stay connected to the checked-in proof surfaces that support them.
bijux-proteomics-dev carries the tooling that helps maintain link accuracy,
architecture-doc consistency, and explicit debt tracking so the handbook does
not drift into wishful prose.
